You are cordially invited to join Bishop Daniel Felton and our Keynote Speaker, Mrs. Julianne Stanz in an evening celebrating and supporting Stella Maris Academy and Catholic education in Duluth. The Bishop’s Dinner is the largest fundraising event to support tuition assistance programs at Stella Maris Academy - a school where no family will be denied a Catholic education for financial reasons because of your support.
Storyteller, author, encourager, Julianne Stanz is the Director of Outreach for Evangelization and Discipleship for Loyola Press. Julianne was born and educated in Ireland where she holds advanced degrees in the area of theology, religious studies, education and leadership.
She is an internationally known speaker and retreat leader and has served the Catholic Church in various capacities including as a member of national and international dialogues, diocesan staff and parish communities. Currently, Julianne also serves as a consultant to the USCCB and is a member of the National Eucharistic Revival Executive Team.
Julianne is the author of the bestselling books “Braving the Thin Places: Celtic Wisdom to Create a Space for Grace” “and “Start with Jesus: How everyday disciples will renew the Church”. Her newest book is “The Catholic Parents’ Survival Guide: Straight Answers to Your Kids’ Toughest Questions about Faith published by Loyola Press. She is happily married to Wayne, and they have three children.
